Site Manager

Site Manager - Fit Our - Belfast

Leading fit out contractor with 2 roles (1 x days, 1 x nights) to oversee operations and responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be supervising a team and managing various site-related tasks to achieve operational excellence.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale.


• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.


• Prepare reports on site performance, including safety incidents, operational efficiency, and staff performance metrics.


• Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

What we are looking for...

• Site supervision experience


• Ideally within a fit out role
