Site Manager

Role: Fit-Out Site Manager

Location: UK / ROI Travel

Hours: Monday to Friday / Bi-Weekly Travel

Pay: £55k to £65k

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fit-Out Site Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, who specialise in high-end fit out and refurbishment solutions.

The Role: Be an integral part of the project / site team and work Contracts Manager and QS.

Day to day:

• Control the opening and closing of their site (site depending).


• Ensure health and safety policy / regulations are always upheld.


• Control site set up to ensure site is always presentable and user friendly.


• Read, understand and Co-ordinate relevant site drawings with sub-contractors.


• Read and understand project program and execute accordingly.


• Conduct morning briefings with subcontractors daily to ensure the site is coordinated.


• Communicate well with clients and site visitors.

The Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager in Fit-Out.


• Be commercially aware to ensure the project is delivered as efficiently as possible.


• Have a keen eye for quality and detail at an early stage to ensure the finished project is of the highest standards expected by Clients.


• Organised, process-based and structured approach to your work.


• Able to travel bi-weekly with the role.
