Project Supervisor

Project Supervisor - Building Projects - County Antrim 

Up to £48k + excellent benefits 

Reporting to the Project Manager you will play an important role in supporting the planning and execution of internal projects within the organisation which can include building extensions, reconfigurations, repairs and upgrades etc.

Duties will include; 

"    Deliver front-line management and supervision of works in line with the Project Manager direction

"    Support the Project Manager with the logistical, technical and commercial management of the projects to meet the overall business objectives

"    Support the project team in the design, procurement, construction, delivery, and handover of the project to achieve desired business outcomes

"    Responsible as the day-to-day point of contact for contractors and facilitate communication between internal departments, business partners, consultants, and contractors

What we are looking for…

"    Level 4 or above in engineering / building / construction discipline 

"    3 years' experience within construction / build sector to include project related experience 

"    Experience of coordinating and supervising contractors 

"    Budget experience is desirable
