This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of something meaningful.

  • Managing the full bid lifecycle: timelines, internal reviews, and final submissions

  • Collaborating with the New Business team, operational leads, and subject matter experts

  • Conducting client and industry research to support bid strategy

  • Maintaining a bid content library and improving bid quality using feedback and analytics

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels

  • Full UK driving licence (our Epping HQ is in the countryside)

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to new challenges

  • Aligned with our values: Integrity, Quality, Teamwork

?? Why Join the Company?

  • ?? A chance to be part of a growing, family-run SME that’s making a difference

  • ?? 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

  • ?? Flexible working arrangements and negotiable contract terms (PAYE, self-employed, or consultant)

  • ?? Free onsite parking and access to wellness/gym facilities at our head office

  • ?? Clear training and development pathways to support your progression

  • ?? Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, rest from home (negotiable)
